What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. All trips depend on sea and weather conditions. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you may either:
- Reschedule for another date (subject to availability), or
- Receive a full refund.
Do I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?
Refunds depend on when you cancel:
- 7+ days before the trip → 100% refund
- 3–6 days before the trip → 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours / No Show → No refund
Do I get a refund if the operator cancels?
Yes. If we cancel due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Should I keep my schedule flexible?
Yes, we recommend leaving some flexibility in your travel plans, as Bali and Nusa Penida sea conditions can change quickly.
Is the trip wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our trips are not wheelchair-friendly at this time.
Can people with health conditions join the trip?
We don’t recommend this tour for guests with back, neck, or joint problems due to the boat ride and road conditions on Nusa Penida.
